Breastmilk has a slightly sweet taste (NOT salty as a previous answer said).  As one person said, it does taste a bit like the milk left in the bowl from having a bowl of cereal.

And what is sick about tasting it?  Yes.. it's a bodily fluid used to nourish babies. It's not urine!
