you cant really obtain it.. its just something that you either have or you dont have

i like to use john cena as an example.. he has a lot of charisma, and thats one of the reasons why hes a top superstar

The definition for charisma refers to a rare trait found in certain human personalities usually including extreme charm & a 'magnetic' quality of personality & appearance along with innate & powerfully sophisticated personal communicabibility & persuasiveness. Any superstar in the WWE does have charisma in the ring, but only few have ever used it for their own means.

The ability to be able to work magic on the mic and cut a promo with humor and to entertain the fans. Christian Cage, The Rock, John Cena, and Chris Jericho are all examples of this. When you keep fans interested in you and like I said can bring humor to the mic and even in matches, that's how you obtain it.
