  1. a cliche is usually a phrase that has been said so many times either in a book or movies or in real life its now overdone and are usually frowned upon in formal writing, like essays.


  2. It's kind of weird, it contradicts the norm is what I want to say. Ex. My favorite number is 13 even though the number 13 is considered bad luck.
