If you mean something like "complements of the house", then it is something that is presented to you without charge.  Usually it is given without your asking.  An example would be when you are dining at a fine restaurant and the waiter brings you a glass of wine that you have not requested.  The wine is placed before you and the waiter says "Complements of the house."  The restaurant is showing you that your patronage is appreciated.

In the southern United States "Lagniappe" means a small gift given to a customer by a merchant at the time of a purchase or more broadly something given or obtained gratuitously or by way of good measure; a bonus. The word is used in Trinidad and Tobago, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, Charleston,SC, gulf coast of Mississippi, the gulf coast of Alabama, and extreme south-eastern Texas. It was also once in common usage by antiquarian booksellers.
