What does confirmed at hub mean? parcel tracking?

waiting for a parcel have checked the tracking and it says 28th of march confirmed at hub dunno what that means do you

  1. What allawish said, it is at the sorting facility, i.e. Memphis for FedEx and Louisville for UPS (they have others).  You should see the next business day where it left the facility and what time.


  2. The item will be collected by the carrier, taken to their 'Hub' for processing, and shipped out to you.

    So, confirmed at hub would mean that the carrier has it and will be shipping to you.

  3. tomorrow you should see something like ..left  fright  facility and the time of day

  4. Big courier firms have "hubs" where all parcels are sent before being forwarded to their destination depots and ultimately to the recipient. Confirmed at the hub means that it has been received from the sender via their local depot or international hub and the parcel is "midway".
