  1. The first responsibility corporations have is to be so profitable that investors get at least their investment plus bank interests back in value if/when they want to cash out.

    They have to obey civil and criminal laws in order to continue operations for above reason.They must pay taxes. Honor contracts.

    Beyond that corporations have no more responsibilities  than ordinary individuals because according to one of the constitutional amendments corporations have the same rights and responsibilities under the law as does any citizen.

    That means the words "corporate responsibilities" is window-dressing for whatever a particular corporation wants it to mean when using the words "corporate responsibilities.
