  1. The credits refer to the amount each class is worth. For a bachelor's degree you usually need 120 or more credits. This class is worth 3 credits out of your 120. Credit hours are important for knowing if you're a full-time or part-time student. If you take less than 12 all together in a semester, you are considered a part-time student. If you take more than 12 per semester, you're a fulltime.

  2. It roughly translates into the number of hours per week you are in lecture while taking into consideration of any lab time. So a 3 credit hour class means, roughly, that you will be in lecture 3 hours per week. Most schools will divide the three hours into 3 one hour lectures or 2 - 1.5 hour lectures.

  3. the class is about 3 hrs long per week....that usually about 50mins-1hr per session  every other day...if it's 5hrs then it means everyday or if its 1credit hr, at least one hr once a week..credit hour goes towards your graduation and to be able to graduate with a bachelor degree  you would need at least 124-130 credit hour total...
