  1. Bulli is the type of soil used to top dress some of the cricket pitches.  It gets its name from the area in Australia that it was found.  

    There isn't any more left at the source and groundsmen at ovals like SCG and Lords now have to rely on their own reserves from now on.

    It is renown for evenness of bounce and resilience.
