Crunk is a sub-genre of Hip Hop.

Someone (who likes crunk) explained it to be as being about the music, as opposed to the lyrics and that's why the Crunk songs he wanted me to hear had some really stupid and bizarre lyrics that didn't seem to make sense at all to me.
