What does deaming about vomitting snakes mean?

I had a dream about vomitting snakes last night, the snakes were choking me such that i had to pull them out with my hand, the last one was a really huge snake that came out it was like my whole mouth expanded it was a really uncomfortable feeling. what does this mean? its was a really gross and scary dream
