Desu yo tanoshii yo isn't proper Japanese. Tanoshii desu yo is better.

I am not sure about the phrase you gave but if I will rewrite that phrase in this way: "Deshou? Tanoshii yo!", then it means like this:

"I told you, it's fun!"

But that's not what you wrote in your question. So probably this is not the answer you are looking for.
