What does each type of makeup brushes do??

Question

I know I have asked about 'how many brushes do you have?' this morning.. but i've been wanting to know more about what kind of brushes out there and what are the essentials one??? like perhaps crease brush etc... could you please give a detailed explanation... thx

and do you guys know what does angle / defining brush do???

they are for ur eyes tto apply eyeshadows and eyeliners.also they can be used on eyebrows.i use mine everyday!good luck!<3

a crease brush is used to add a defining [darker] shadow on the crease of your eyelid, just to add definition and depth to your eye. the defining brush is for things like eyeliner or can be used to fill in eyebrows, it really just defines what you have (:

Big brush which is like flat base is for powdering the face

Round shape is for cheek bone color

Small brush is either for eye liner (the thinnest)

Slightly thicker is for eye brow

Small and flat base is as a lip brush.
