  1. Estrogen is a type of hormone in a woman's body that allows them to do things like not growing hair above the upper lip and or hair where men get hair. Estrogen pills help increase this hormone in a woman's body to make them become more of a sensual women. Younger women can take Estrogen pills although i would recommend they are at least 18 years old. The effects are growing less hair on the legs arm pits and intimate places and can save time and money on razors and shaving.

  2. Well, the only time I've ever heard of estrogen pills being taken other than by transvestites is when they have sexually oriented problems, such as premature ovarian failure and the like.  Essentially, it's main purpose is to cause the woman to have a period or regulate their period when they either have it irregularly or not at all.

Younger women can take it.  It most likely just needs to be prescribed by my doctor.

As for the effects, I don't know about any besides those that they're meant for.
