What does everyone think about my drafting question?

Question

Do you think people should go with A rb in first round and another rb in the 2nd round or rb in first round and wr in 2nd round?

I would not be asking this question a year or two ago but lately so many rbs are sharing carries.

from the way it went in my league i would take a wide in the 2nd round just b/c 3 went in the 1st in mine

Honestly running backs win Fantasy Football leagues. If you look at the guys who write the FF magazines and follow this stuff closely you'll notice in their drafts that all the top RBs are taken first. The guys drafting towards the bottom are usually the ones with Tom Brady or Peyton Manning. If you draft near the top you can get a great productive RB and depending on who's available you can get a TOP WR or even better another #1 RB. I won a league with John Kitna, Randle El and IsaccBruce as my starters at WR & QB. However I also drafted  L.T & Clinton Portis first & second.

I've always gone with two rb's in the first and second and I try my best to make sure that the two I pick are not one of those that have to share carries.

Go rb 1st and take the best available wr or qb with the second.   Last year i made the decision to go 1 and 2 with my rb's--I took LJ and Frank Gore--that nice move got me 9th place in my ten team league.  Good luck!!!
