What does everyone think of Braves catcher Brian McCann?

Is the the best young catcher in the game today and will he be one of the best for years to come.

i love the braves but i dnt like him idk why. i just havnt seen him being amazing but i also havnt seen him play awful

He's not the best, but he's one of. He's very underrated and should have a good career.

He's up there, definately top 5, but not the best.  In terms of all around best catcher offensively/defensively I think it looks like this.

1 - Joe Mauer

2 - Geovany Soto

3 - Russell Martin

4 - Yadier Molina

5 - Brian McCann

McCann is probably the best offensive catcher in the league with Soto the 2nd best offensive catcher.

He's definitly the best offensive catcher in baseball...I'd put him somewhere in the top 5 though defensively.

I would agree with the two before me. I wouldnt say hes the best. But he is good in the offensive. There are some better catchers them him like the one for the dodgers russel i think his name is. The one who caught for the all star game. He had a great game. But McCann should have a good career.

Not the best young catcher, the best young offensive catcher in the game. There are young catchers in TB and LAD that are pretty good too
