What does everyone think of the pregnant man?

I was just reading the news story about the transgendered man who, though born female, later had a s*x change operation, but told the surgeons to keep the uterus. The point of being "transgendered" is that you don't feel that you were born the right gender, and don't identify with the gender of your birth. Why would the-now-Thomas-Beatie want to save the uterus and have a baby? Thomas and wife are now plastered on magazine covers, and featured on every majore news station or talk show. My theory is that it's a gimick to make money and become famous, and it's obviously working.

Here's the story:

When I first heard of this, I thought it was a tabloid story that made it big. Heh, guess not.

  1. No p***s, no male.  Not even transgendered

  2. If it's the same person I saw the show on Oprah. My concern is with all the shots and changes the natural internal flow must be confused.Honestly I had a dream the night of the show I dreamed(so the spell check said) of a fish out of water and a fish with prehistoric teeth..So I find this to be another science experiment thought to be successful so it's  now on Public Display.........It's a dangerous thing to mark the natural creation of GOD..I pray that the child does not suffer from this selfish decision....Maybe she wanted to get up everything except her rights to motherhood...She got paid before she got pregnant the story to the public was an added bonus/an invitation to other humans defying God as  Lab Rats..........Blessings Yahoo

  3. Technically/biologically "he" is a "she" so its not really all that interesting.

  4. They dont seem to be pregnant but they have long tummies

  5. I don't find it at all extraordinary, in fact I think it's just a glorified L*****n, that's taken hormones, and had a boob job. That baby must have gotten there somehow, so I guess this person still has a v****a.

  6. I don't know why someone would want the stares and strange looks that will inevitably come with being a pregnant man. And what will they tell their child about how she was born? The whole thing is just too weird. Being pregnant is part a a WOMAN'S identity, and I don't think that will change even if there are more cases like this.
