    Certain vitamins and minerals can become toxic if you ingest way too many of them, and since nutritional yeast is incredibly nutritious, this might inadvertently overdose you on those particular substances.

    If you just add nutritional yeast to everything, assuming it doesn't have sodium or anything else added to it, I think you should be alright.

    It's best to eat a varied diet, however, so don't become too dependent on nutritional yeast. It's better than using salt to flavor things, and it's full of high-quality nutrients, but too much of anything can be bad.

    If you really feel you're binging on nutritional yeast you might need psychological intervention (you'll KNOW if you're not doing well with it: it'll be past normal food use, it'll be you standing in the kitchen at 2 am wolfing down spoonfuls of nutritional yeast straight from the can).
