What does expert staff ghost data meen in mario kart wii?

If you do really well in a course in Time Trials, you unlock a Fast Ghost to race against.  To unlock stuff, you have to beat that Fast Ghost.

For some reason, people call Fast Ghosts "Expert Ghosts."  Weird, huh?

you unlock expert ghosts by beating the regular staff ghosts by a couple seconds.  Here are the times.  the second time is the time needed to unlock expert ghosts.
