What does fish oil do, is it worth ?

fish oil is omega 3. its good for your heart. it won't 'do' anything but it does improve your overall health. yes its worth it, yes its good stuff but i would recommend flaxseed oil/capsules over the fish ones.

they do the same thing and better. should be same price if not cheaper.

get any brand. the branding on this stuff doesn't matter like the brands on other types of products.  research on prices if that makes a difference to you. other than that brand doesnt make a difference
