What does getting a tatoo feel like?

ok using tweezers, pluck a hair off of you arm

ok does it feel worse, the same, or way less

and by how much?

not at all like tweezers. pain-wise its different for everyone and it depends on where you get it. the one on my back shoulder felt like a vibrating mechanical pencil and didnt really hurt at all. on the other hand when i got my wrist done it hurt pretty bad and it was as if my skin was being exploded with dynamite. then for a few days after it felt like i had stuck my hand in a beehive and was stung a million times.

It varies with each person.  Like my pain tolerance may be higher than yours.  I have one, 3 stars behind my right ear and it didn't hurt.  It was actually more annoying than anything else.  But it is a h**l of a lot less painful than getting a branding or scarification done.

It's slightly more painful of that, and a whole lot more of it at once. But really, it's not so bad. It does depend on where you get the tattoo and your level of pain tolerance.

it hurts just a little bit more. It feels more like a rubberband or a scrunchy snapping on your arm- luckily not one of the big ones.

Well my mom said it doesnt hurt that bad if u dont look at it, but it depends on how big and where.

Completely depends on where you get it. If its on your side, close to your armpit, or lower back, each time it punctures your skin it hurts bad. If it's on your shoulder, for example, it's much more bearable.

I'm not plucking a hair off my arm for 2 points, but I can tell you what it feels like. Scratch your body as hard as you possibly can. That's what it feels like.

depends on where you get it but i got mine on my back and it hurt about the same i guess, but it's hard to judge the pain using that comparison because it's just the pain repeatedly and eventually you get used to it. Mine took 3 hours but the last half hour was unbearable because he'd been tattooing me for so long that my skin was really sensitive. Other than that it was tolerable.

it feels like a safety pin scratching across your skin until it bleeds. its really not bad.

It feels like a beesting or something like that. A sharp pain that eventually numbs the area and hurts less and less as the artwork is put on.

If you have to ask, don't bother. You should not even think about getting a tattoo unless you're committed to it no matter HOW it feels.

A tattoo feels like getting acupuncture in your face. For example my son who is 48 and lives in Austin, Texas is covered with tattoos and has gotten acupuncture before. Don't do it.

It Depends on how you manage pain. my friend said getting his tattoo tickled the h**l outt ahim and he kept laughing. while my other friend couldn't stop crying hahaha.

So you try plucking a hair off you arm- does it hurt ? depending on t he pain i say x10 more of that and with more of a firey sensation hjahaha

well i have two answers to your question 1st answer it feels like ARE WE THERE YET!!!!! ARE WE THERE YET!!! ARE WE THERE YET!!! YES! ANNOYING..... THEN ON THE OTHER HAND  2nd answer it feels like a vibrating sensation and the uncontrollable urge to let GO!!! OF BUILT  up frustrations===WHEW!!!!!! i HAVE 2 of them --THE FIRST ONE was ON my arm annoying and the second was on my hip (U got good taste) and it felt EROTIC

well i got one on my leg and it didn't hurt when i was getting it done but after a lil while like 30min or so it started to feel like i had carpet burn ... but it didn't last long just it felt like my leg was waking up ...

think more along the lines of someone sticking you with a needle over and over again its sort of like that but the pain depends on how great your pain threshold is.

i really would not know  but last year i got a tatto and it did not hurt much but it kinda make your skin red oh yeah i think it hurts worse then pullng hair off your arms =)
