What does glub glub mean?

Lol I know this is really random but my Gym teacher says it almost after every sentence. Do you have any idea what it means?

The only time I have seen that expression is in a cartoon of a sinking person. Perhaps your teacher is suggesting that people are "tanking."

I suggest that your Gym teacher is in need of a  psychiatric examination; and when he is escorted off the premises you can all stand shouting "Glub.Glub" as he goes by.
