  1. It's really scary when you're waiting for it start and just sitting there or when you're going up really slow but then once you start going really fast (it's still scary) but really fun!! and totally worth waiting for (well most of them) and even if you were scared to go on it you'll be happy you did. Oh and the loops are fun too and going upside is scary but only lasts a few seconds and it really fun!!

    have fun!!!!

  2. Its great that your sharing your fears. I say just do it! Its so amazing. Like they will buckle you in. and you will be like "okay, okay, i can do this, no wait, i dont know anymore" type nervous (your brain will be trying to talk you out of it, maybe from previous experances)

then, what i do is i tell myself 3 things.

    * The people controlling this ride dont want me to get hurt, and if i do happen to get hurt there is always a safty evacuation plan.

    * this is fun, everyone that gets off has huge smiles on  there faces.

    * why am I so worried? whats the worst that can happen? (but dont think to deeply such as "I GONNA DIE!).

Then take a deep breth... MMMMMMMM*** AHHHHHHHHHH

ther the ride will start. You will go slowly up a hill. then when you go down it is so exilherating. YOu get the biggest adrenelan rush. You can even scream cause i bet you people will screem.

For me, roller coasters are so much fun. just stick with it, and trust me theyre not scary at all.

Ps. I also tell myself, (finding a little kid on the roller coaster) psh, if that litle kid can do the coaster, I CAN DO IT!!!

    hope i helped, good luck

  3. it actually like the feeling.  your stomach drops when you drop down and when you go fast its just  a great feeling. after you complete your first (maybe last) drop the ride gets so much more fun because you become more comforatable with it. on high ride if you are at a place thats on the water its pretty cool to see. personally i dont think that you should worry about going up high unless you are COMPLETELY reallly reaallllllllllllly scared of hights. I used to be but i broke my fear on expidition everest in disney land.

Have a great time on you ride!

  4. Although I ride pretty much all roller coasters, the first drop always petrifies me.  Many of the roller coasters play mind games with you, clicking you up the hill at a ridiculously slow pace until you literally began to freak out because it seems like you've been climbing FOREVER.  Dare to look anywhere but in your lap on your incline and you're sure to jolt your heart rate about fifty beats. But when you go over that hill, you're shot down like lightning and the rush is something you have to experience!  The feeling is similar to what you feel if, for instance, someone scares you.  That feeling in your stomach (your stomach dropping) is what you will feel. But it's AWESOME. QUICK TIP: DO NOT TENSE YOUR STOMACH MUSCLES AS IF YOU ARE BRACING FOR A HIT.  I used to do this thinking it would somehow help the G force on my stomach (that tickly feeling when you're going down). In actuality, I was making it worse because I was not allowing my body to go with the force, I was fighting it.  You just have to take a deep breath and relax and let the forces of nature do the rest.  Once you have tackled one of the big dogs, you'll feel you can do just about anything.

    GOOD LUCK!!!

  5. Well, when your like queueing up you feel all scared and it kinda looks unsafe, but when you sitting down and about to go you feel all excited, and once you've come off you get a kind of rush of adrenalin and it's just a really good experiance.

  6. If you've never been on a roller coaster before, you might be scared at first (I know I was), but I think the first big drop of a roller coaster is always so exciting! Because you might still be nervous as you go up a large hill to get ready for that big first drop you were talking about, but then once you start to go down the drop, its an adrenaline rush. The entire thing is usually very fun. I think a huge roller coaster ride is something everyone should experience at some point in time!

  7. Yeah, I do get nervous on a HUGE roller coaster that I've never been on before.

It all depends on how the drop on the coaster is.

Strait down feels like you're going to fall out of your seat.

    A twisting drop feels normal.

A wooden old rickety coaster is bouncy.

    A steel coaster is smooth.

If you do want to ever start riding coasters without having that feeling, then start out small.

Now I don't mean go on all the baby coasters. Start out with a medium size coaster with no drops.

Then you go a little bigger with at least 1 small drop.

Then a little bigger with 2 small drops.

Then a little bigger with 3 small drops.

Then if you feel you are ready for a bigger drop, try a medium size coaster with 1 big drop.

Then a bigger coaster with 2 big drops.

Once you know what it feels like, then go on a BIG coaster with more than 3 big drops.

And before you know it, you'll be on the wackiest, wildest, and crasiest coasters ever.

Yeah, it takes time, but eventually you won't be as afraid of coasters as you were before.

    Good Luck!

  8. Hmm, I guess going down a big drop really isn't that bad. Its just anticipation. It isn't that bad ^^ The entire rollercoaster is dependent on the track and ride type. I.E. an inverted RC would be you just hanging, and you have this sense that you could fall anytime. However, a bobsled has NO track and you feel like you could fall as well. Different track pieces too. Helixes feel like you are spiraling down or up, while a special piece that speeds you up feels like you are going to crash sometimes. But of course, the bad things never happen otherwise... no ride ;)

  9. It is so much fun! When i get in line i am scared. But once i go on it i want to ride again! My favorite part is the first drop. It makes my stomach drop. I love that feeling!

  10. When I went on my first rollercoaster ride, I was scared out of my brains! The drop was pretty scary, because first they go really slowly up and then they just suddenly drop like you are falling from a building! When my mum went on it, she almost lost her glasses! But my mum convinced me to ride it again, and when I did it for the 2nd time, I wasn't really that scared. So maybe you have just got to face yor fear.

  11. The first drop is always a HUGE adrenaline rush. You can feel yourself nearly being sucked out of your seat (which you won't!). The speed is sooo exciting! Once you get over the initial fear of the first drop, you'll be fine for the rest of it. Just enjoy it; you only live once!

  12. Ummm, what a feeling!!! I'll ride any and all!!
