1. A homeless person.

2. British/Australian equivalent of "butt".

Grumpy = Someone who is in a bad mood.  If you're grumpy, people would say that you're cranky... xD

Bum = Butt

When someone says you're a grumpy bum, it just means you're grumpy...  The bum is there just to make it sound "cute" if that makes any sense.. haha
