so i met this guy on myspace. we live in the same state hes really sweet we talk on aim myspace and the phone alot so then i told him to give me a nick name so he decided to call me peaches. what does this mean because i've been called this before is it a good thing or bad thing?

You asked him to give you a nickname, which is lame. And peaches is like the most common nickname ever. It means small orange fruit grown mostly in Georgia. lol. Peaches is a term of endearment (like honey, baby etc) and not really a nickname so I wouldn't really obsess over it. He just picked something to express affection rather than a nickname which he would have to invent and is more of a humorous thing than loving. Xx

It's a name.  Whether it is good or bad depends on your reaction to it.  I can not imagine a scenario in which "peaches" would be intended as an insult, however.

Peaches is a pet name that's pretty much synonymous with sweetie, hon, sweetheart, etc.

It's a good thing.

Peaches are sweet, and calling you that means that he thinks you are too.

I'm sure I don't need to tell you this, but if you ever decide to meet, make sure that it's in a very public place such as a restaurant. Just in case. You can be infatuated, and he's probably an awesome guy, but be careful too as really he could be anyone.
