What does he mean by this?

I was messaging a friend and we were talking about the last time i kissed him, i said he hesitated which didn't help me any, and it made me feel stupid and i wasn't gonna do it again. then he said this,...It's fine cause you know It was a good moment there..I felt different for once :] what does he mean by different?? I asked him but he changed the subject

He probably meant that he felt different about you, in a sense that you could be more than friends...

It may mean something, or it may be merely a friendly gesture. The only way to found out is by asking, and since he changed the topic, there's not much u can do. If he likes u, he will tell u someday. Just be patient and wait. If u jump into conclusions so soon, u may be heart broken in the end.

Well wouldn't different mean good in this situation right? It could mean alot of different things. How would he feel normally? Obviously he liked it, and i think what he's trying to say is that he likes you too. He felt good. At least I think that's what he's trying to say. I don't really know how you feel about that though.
