I have to have headgear for 10 hours (im going to wear them while i sleep)

  2. headgear is used to hold back your teeth


     


    your teeth may be sore, but you'll just have to get used to it and deal with the pain because if you don't then; it'll be even worse and tighter later. (if you don't wear it and you jaw grows more)


    I have them now, and i'm in eruope.


    They're pretty simple.


    Hold back teeth; and yes, they will hurt a little. [:
