  1. Some boxers can be a heavy puncher or a volume puncher.

IMO heavy puncher can be an advantage to a defensive fighter and volume puncher is for non-defensive and aggressive fighter

  2. it definitely does not mean that every punch is KO power, it doesn't even mean you have KO power, your KO power does not come from your hands, ... heavy handed means what it sounds,  your hands are probably bigger and heavier then your friends, but they definitely will help if you know how to deliver a KO punch(legs, hips, shoulders)

  3. Heavy handed means that their punches are heavy and can do a lot of damage. Generally heavy handed fighters have good knockout ability.

  4. it simply means that when they throw punch it is definitely a knockout blow.. it confuse me also at first, because heavy sometimes means that you cant carry your hands well..but for commentators, they mean that as a knockout hand..

  5. it basicly mean's you av natural power ,and it's very good news in the fight game.if you av power and your out classed you always av a punchers chance.rather than no chance .so make the most of it
