What does high protein in your urine mean? Someone please give me the side effects, health concerns, as well as diseases etc.

If it is slightly elevated, no need for too much concern. But, too much protein can mean kidney problems. Your kidneys are supposed to be filtering out the protein, before ir gets in your urine.

Go to the doctor... I have that problem once... it's complicated 'cause your body cannot loose proteins... I'm serious
