What does his expression mean?

I was sitting in church across from the man I'm in love with(he's sitting in a seat facing my side). Anyway I was loving up and kissing my 3yr old neice on the head and I caught him just beaming at me and my neice with those black eyes. His eyes are blue so I guess his pupils covered his blue eyes.

Does that mean anything?

When someones pupils dilate, that means that they're either on drugs or they're excited. When they're excited, their pupils enlarge because their brain wants to see more of whats exciting them.

he is either high off speed or his eyes are adjusting to the light the latter being more likely......
