  1. Identity crisis in the workplace pertains to identity theft.  Personnel records and account numbers make the workplace ripe with data for identity thieves.  The most widespread precurser to identity theft is in fact private data security breaches.


  2. I think this means, lacking in a forceful identity. For example men now struggle with their i.d in the work place as they are no longer the main breadwinners yet they are frowned upon if they become 'house husbands'. Women also have issues at work, for example they are judged on their appearance a lot but dont want to appear to be too sexual as this undermines their work.

    It could also be translated as meaning that companies treat everyone the same so employees cant have strong identities...these ideas could relate to  Marx.
