  1. Uric acid in your blood can crystallize in your joints and cause gout. So I imagine if you have uric crystals in your urine you might have gout. Gout can be very painful. Definitely see a doctor for some tests. Some meds can cause crystals too.

  2. either kidney or bladder stones.

  3. Crystals. Healthy people often have only a few crystals in their urine. A large number of crystals, or certain types of crystals, may mean kidney stones are present or there is a problem with how the body is using food

  4. It's most likely uric acid crystals, which most likely means you are eating too much meat (uric acid=breakdown product from meat).  The problem with uric acid crystals is when they start forming in your blood, not your pee.  From what you're describing it's probably not "real bad" but you should cut down on your meat.

It could also be that your kidney is malfunctioning, or that you have something like kidney stones.  I'd advise seeing if lowering your meat intake has an effect on the crystals, and if it doesn't go see a doctor (since it's most likely uric acid, there's no need to waste money on a doctor's appointment unless you have to).

    Hope that helps!
