  1. it burns and the pressure feels just like you are trying to p**p. I kid you not. When you are pushing all you can think about is trying to get rid of that pressure. when the head comes out it starts to burn and then when the body pops out, it literally feels like it pops out and you feel so much relief. I have had two babies so far and I'm on number three. my first daughter came out with about 5 pushes and it felt like I had to p**p so bad with her. I just wanted to bear down and get her out. it was painful yes but all you can think about is that pressure and making it go away. with my second daughter she came out with one push and so I didn't really have that much sensation from delievering her. it was like oh she's ready to come out and then oh she's out.

  2. Painful?

    I don't know yet, I'm only 15 XD

  3. I suppose that depends on who you ask.  Everyone experiences labor  differently, and everyone has a different threshold for pain.  For me, it felt like really bad rug burn.  It wasn't nearly as painful as I thought it would be, but I'm not going to lie and say it didn't hurt.

  4. from my own experience i really didnt see the big deal. it wasnt that painful and i did it in a water pool. i stayed home till 5cm but could easily have stayed home longer but my husband was worried i was goingto give birth.

I didnt think it was a big deal at all and deffinitely would never have had an epidural. it just felt like a bit of a stomachache then doing a poo.

  5. Imagine pushing out a huge watermelon out ur butt, and pain like u have never felt before.

  6. I had a natural birth and it really is unlike any feeling in the world. It feels like you are pushing something out of your a**s rather than your v****a. The contractions take control of you and you can't help but push. It feels good to push! I really didn't feel any pain because the urge to push was strong. The pain that I felt was when I was crowning...that did hurt-a lot, but it was so short, and then my baby flew out. It was amazing. Don't worry about the pushing part- your body knows what to do, but do kegel exercises everyday because those help push your baby out.

  7. it's kind of fun. you anticipate each contraction and then you try to push the baby out. and then you get extremely p*ssed at yourself for not being able to push the baby out sooner. and then the doctors have to shove a huge vacuum up you that is probably like half the width of your computer screen to suck out your cute little precious baby. lol.

  8. in the words of bill cosby...he describes having a baby feels like your botton lip is being pulled up over your head

  9. this is probably Too Much Information but to be completely honest... the entire time I felt like I really really had to go #2! I kept telling the doctor and nurses that we had to stop so I could go to the bathroom...

and then I got over that and the pain became the only thing I could focus on (and now I don't remember the pain at all)

Edit: and now that I read the answer above about the pressure and stinging... yah I totally remember that!!!
