All the sensations of existence is the affect of incomplete blind brain activity effected by existing conditioning as relentless emergence as brain blind cell activity.

  1. So, is the Self an illusion? Possibly.

    Buddhism concerns itself with this issue. The Buddha didn't say there is no such thing as self (although people often wrongly assume he did), but he pointed out a number of things that aren't self, such as the body, the senses, consciousness etc. There is something that goes from one life to another, in Buddhist belief, but the Buddha didn't define what that is. In fact he told people to stop going beyond his teaching when they tried to speculate on what exactly the self is.
