Cramps in the abdomen, bloating like a pufferfish, fatigue you feel soo tired and rundown, blood and tissues coming out uncontrolably for up to a week or less or longer. the worry if your gonna leak on your clothes, always having to change a pad every 4- 6 hours, tampons every 6-8 hours. The feeling that you everyone knows your "on it",  always gassy,wanting to eat all the candy and food in the world,blood in the toliet and tissues every single time you take a pee

Bleeding, cramps, headaches, backaches, bloating, weird salty-sweet cravings, moodswings, Believe me it sucks!  it feels like your preggers for 5 days lol it's not fun XP~

Stomach hurts, lower back hurts. Sometimes you break out. Oh and the gas I hate the gas. Crave chocolate all the time!!

and you have to make sure you don't have any accidents, so it makes one feel very self conscious

overall it just sucks!

You have cramps, you are bloated, you are bleeding and you have to worry about keeping yourself clean, and on top of it there are people who just don't understand why you are so exhausted.

im bloated, migranes, i throw up, cramps so bad i cry, constantly hungry but feel sick when you eat, and really irratable. and in general like sh it and you have to go to the bathroom like, every hour or so.

for a week, every month.

trust me, in that respect, guys have it so much better.

and you dont have to give birth.

so next time you feel bad, try feeling like that a lot.

so dont tell your gf shes PMSing. it will only turn out bad.

well, if your talking about the blood, girls dont feel it coming out. it just does. sometimes girls get cramps, but im lucky and i dont!
