Like a charlie horse, sort of. Punch yourself in the thigh really hard, it feels a bit like that.

It still hurts, its learning how to take the punch that will make it easier.  Then You Have to deal with the bruising of your adomen.

Pain from being punched in the stomach is mostly caused by the air in your stomach. exhail as much air as you can from your stomach fast if you think that your going to take a hit in the stomach and it will be a lot less painfull. Flexing will only make it worse and cause bruising on your 6 pack.

Well that depends I once fought this guy who was ripping on me he was a smaller guy but not body fat and some muscle and he punched me first in the face I had a bout 100lbs and a foot on him and I laid him out with a punch to his stomach he started throwing up so my guess is about the same. LMAO

It depends on how you are prepared for the punch.  If you notice, when a lot of boxers punch, they grunt.  They are breathing out to contract their stomach muscles in case they get hit with a counter punch to the body.
