What does it feel like when your spirit guide touches you to let you know he or she is there?

For instance, I normally feel the initial "touch" followed by a warm tingle that travels through my entire body, just wondering if anyone has had the same sensation?

The only thing I ever feel whenever my guide touches me is love. Unconditional love and peace and warmth, but so powerful it brings me to tears every single time, and it hits me straight in the heart. Also, deep inside my gut I feel like I've always known him. Since the first day I met him I felt an unexplainable bond. If he ever left, I'd be heartbroken. It's beautiful, isn't it?? I wish I could bottle it so I could give it out to those who can't feel it.

There are many ways that Sprirt Gudes will 'communicate' to you that they are 'beside' you. For some this comes as just a knowing, for others they can feel a presence. Some will have thier ears ring.

I have had the same sensation that you have had, but it did not come from a spirit guide. I held a crystal and it's energy opened my heart chakra and spread with that tingle throughout my body.

We have more than one spirit guide and each one will have a different way of letting you know that they are there.

once i was watching tv all of the sudden i fell something touching my hair i didn't give it a thought and it went on my hand i was like what it felt like sticky like invisible hair all over my hand then i knew it was something nice when i think of that it warms my heart knowing that you have someone who cares
