im trying to get pregnant and i have been using an ovulation kit and every since the 22 of july it keeps coming up positve could i be pregnant know or what

For some women, who make higher levels of LH than the pharmaceutical companies are expecting when they design the little OPK sticks, you can get several + readings in  row. It's annoying, but not as annoying as never getting a + reading at all :) Simply means you're making more LH than other women.

Anyway, if you're getting a + then all you need to do is:

1) BD daily and keep testing

2) wait until the day you get your first negative. That day is ovulation day.

However, if you already had a + or two earlier in your cycle then yes, you could be pregnant. The ONLY way to know the difference right now is to buy an HPT ('Dollar Tree' are good) and do one of each test tomorrow. The HPT should be with FMU and the LH test should be a few hours after waking up. This will be conclusive for sure because if the OPK is picking up pregnancy with mid-morning urine, then an HPT will pick it up with FMU for certain.

Well usually when an OPK gives several days of positive readings, it normally means an anovulatory cycle.  I would still keep BDing just in case, but it doesn't sound like it will be this month for you.  I'm sorry.  It shouldn't show up positive if you were pregnant because your body only gives off that hormone to release the egg.  After that estrogen and progesterone take over.  Good luck in your TTC journey.
