In terms of child custody, what does it mean to be the primary care giver? Is it part of joint custody? What are my rights?

  1. The child lives with the primary care giver more than the other parent who has only joint custody, meaning they can see their kids on weekends or whatever the visitation plan is. Hope this helped.
