What does it look orange outside?

Ok i'm looking outside the window and it looks like it's orange outside and when i go outside it is orange around me. What is going on? Is it the sunset or is something bad happening?

Its probably the sunset or maybe people are lighting early fourth of july fire works and theres some smoke reflecting an orange light

Often, when there's an orangey glow outside at dusk/night, it means that a storm is approaching, happening, or departing. It's especially noticeable in the wintertime when it's snowing, since it's pure white and the orange really sticks out.

This is just speculation from what I've personally experienced, but I always think it's neat when the sky is orange.
