  1. It would be 'deja ecrit', not 'deja vu'.

    Anyway it indicates a theme developing.

  3. Maybe you're attached to it and want to add a few details, or perhaps you just need a few new ideas to keep the story flowing away from where it was. Or perhaps you're trying to find a way to emphasize it or create a link between one event and the one before it.

    probably, the author is trying to put emphasis on something, that might have been missed before, or overlooked because the reader did not have enough knowledge of the plot yet.tell something from a diferent point of view, or bring the story full circle, by making the begining the same as the end, like in Finnigan's Wake, or The House of the Spirits.
