your browser is whatever program you are using to access the internet (ex. Internet explorer, MSN, Firefox).  And i dont know what you mean by 'set your browser' but i assume you need to change a setting for popups or something like that.  I cant answer that since i dont know what browser you're using.  but it should be called 'settings' or something similar.
