What does it mean for my friend who cant make yahoo groups? she was fussing with a person?

but she claims she has all acess to mail/ games, but she and a nother got into huge dispute in a yahoo group & she cant get in groups & not even her own she just created, what would cause this? i know she usess her e mail as she e mailed me, need answers so i can tell her,

** maybe there was an owner, or a moderator. if she tries to rejoin, a message will pop up saying if they're banned or not. depending on what the contents was of the fussing, someone could have reported them for violating Yahoo's group guidelines, and hence Yahoo removed them. hard to know for sure.
