  1. It sounds like there was a requirement that needed to be met as a condition for the aid but it was "waived" or bypassed so that it could then be authorized.


  2. i'm not sure what "something" you're referring to, but for my financial aid i had to accept or decline each financial award i was offered at the beginning of the semester.
