Boys are stupid sometimes and it depends how he said it? if u heard someone said it means you are pretty and he might want to go out with you and be in a silly relationship. but if he said it to ur face than depending on how he said it he was being rude and doesnt respect you very much. like someone said b4 if he tells u ur pretty to ur face that is nice AND sensitive and he realli likes u!!!!
