What does it mean if a guy looks at you....?

but he has no expression on his face - not smiling or anything. what does this mean?

i was out yesterday and about 3 different guys did this. and i was just wondering what it meant

They are men that don't have any social etiquette and like to just gawk.  Don't take it personally, just ignore it.

If 3 different guys did it then maybe you  looked really good that day.  You looked back so it isn't a surprise they looked again.  They looked away when you looked because they were obviously embarrassed to know you caught them looking.
