actually it means you should see a doctor. nipple discharge is not normal unless you are lactating

If you're in your child bearing years and you're on hormones and you're stimulating your breast then your breast can leak colostrum. The fluid that comes out first when a woman is breast feeding. Just stop stimulating your breast and it will stop.
