The pregnancy tests measure HCG, not estrogen. I just wanted to clarify for whoever said that his estrogen levels were too high.

That he could have some problems with hes glands that is pumping out that hormone, or that he may have cancer. thats what ive been told.

two options...either its a fake test(somehow got hold of pregnant woman's urine or something like that)

Or he used to be a woman or is going through a s*x change operation and got pregnant before it was finished.

The only possibilities would be that he was either taking steroids or some other drug that includes the Human Growth Hormone, or that he has a rare tumor that produces the HCG hormone (the hormone that the pregnancy tests detect).
