What does it mean if all of a sudden, satellite channels disappeared from my hot bird?

my satellite made is star track, the channels were perfectly working untill a few days ago when most of the channels I watch vanished and when I checked it out, the signal strength was 99 percent while the signal quality is zero, any ideas?

Sounds like a dish alignment problem.  But you should check Lyngsat, to be sure that the channels you're missing are still broadcasting.  If they are still there - check that the channels have not been moved to a different Tp (freq  and polarity will change), if so you'll have rescan your box.

If it's a dish or hardware problem, try a Sat forum - loads of good advice and help.
