What does it mean if it says "Breeming with energy?" in pokemon crystal...?

can it still breed a eevee...becoz iv'e been wating for so long on the game but it doesnt make an egg...~_~ and ive noticed in other pokemon... if you breed any kinds of pokemon and if you talk to the pokemon it will say...ex. "ditto is interested with pikachu"... but when i tried it on my espeon... it says its breeming with energy...sob... what should i do???help me... thanks

Brimming with energy. and that means that it likes to run around. i doubt you will get an egg with pokemon that like to run around. Hope i helped!
