Most of  the time dreams aren't about what actually happens in the dreams but the overall feeling you get in the dream. Say she feels.. Controlled in  the dream. Then that means she has some issue in her life where she is feeling controlled and it needs to be taken care of. The dream might not have anything to do with you... just the overall feeling she gets is what the dream is really about.

Hmm... That's tricky I used to dream about sleeping with my ex-boyfriend a lot. The question is do you have the same dreams or want to take your relationship to the next level? I think it  means she has real feelings for you and she's considering taking it to the next step. It means she trusts you, not to let her down and to make her feel good about herself. At least that's how it was for me.

She obviously trusts you because she told you right? So I guess the only thing for you to do is sit back and think if your ready, then you and her need to talk about the details or any concerns you might be having.
